Product: FZGsquare vacuum dryer Applications: It's suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose and polymerize and metamorphose at high temperature. It's widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, and electronic industries. Principles: It's is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material to the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to take air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster. Features: 1. Under constant temperature, improving vacuum degree, it can accelerate drying speed. 2. Under constant vacuum degree, improving heating temperature, it can accelerate drying speed. 3. Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the pushing force become greater. Therefore for a certain amount of heat radiation, the conducting area of evaporator can be saved. 4. The heat source for operation of evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam; the heat loss of evaporator is less. 5. Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be conducted. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixing. Its comformity with the requirement of GMP. 6. It belongs to static drier, therefore the shape of raw material won't be destroyed after dried.
